RockAuto is an American company specializing in the online sale of automotive parts for a wide range of vehicles. Founded in 1999, it offers an extremely diverse catalog of parts for cars and trucks, covering a large number of makes, models, and years of production, including older and rare vehicles.

While RockAuto offers many advantages, there are also some drawbacks associated with their service.. 

Here are the main ones:
No phone customer service: RockAuto operates almost entirely online, and there is no telephone customer service. This can be an issue for some customers who prefer direct contact to resolve more complex questions or issues. ROCKAUTO, how much does it really cost in the end?

If you disregard the uncertainties, minor inconveniences, potential additional costs, blockages, or customs inspections, you will need to add the following destination fees to the initial RockAuto quote at a minimum:

1.     - USD/EUR exchange rate: 2,5%.   
2.     - Destination carrier fees: between €12 and €25 per shipment for handling fees & often between €5 and €15 for cash-on-delivery fees for the payment of duties and taxes.
3.     - Customs fees: between 3.4% and 17%, on average 8%.
